Ian Ryder is the founder of Padel Roaming. With over 25 years' experience running companies all over the world, Ian discovered padel in 2023 and hasn't looked back. After 2 years understanding everything there is to know about the padel travel industry, the concept for Padel Roaming was born. Ian's companies have always focused on excellent customer service and enjoyed extremely high customer retention.
Pitu Losada is one of the true legends of padel, achievements include world #1 3 years running, 3 x World Champion, 5 x European Champion, 13 x Spanish Champion and much more. Pitu brings an incredible understanding of the world of padel and connections at every level of padel. Pitu is also the director of the Pitu Losada Academy in Alicante.
Leon Wright has been designing technology solutions for the last 20 years for some of the most complex organisations in the world. Leon and Ian worked as a team for 5 years previously where he designed the market-leading technology platform used by some of the biggest not for profit organisations in the world to manage their complex fundraising management. Leon is responsible for ensuring the technology platform underpinning Padel Roaming is the best platform in the world.
Carlos Bernabeu Ruiz is a highly entrepreneurial padel coach with a degree in marketing. He has been running his own padel camps very successfully for the last 2 years and when he and Ian met, it was an instant team. He has travelled extensively, worked in many different industries and has a passion to learn and use his skillset to the maximum.
