How We Get You Ready to Go
On paper it looks complicated but in reality we do all the heavy lifting to get you ready. We work as a team to make sure everything is easy and together we design the perfect trips so you can run as many as you can and create repeat customers.
Initial Meeting
We discuss your requirements, locality, coaching and other services available.
Design Itinerary
Once we know what you can offer, we will share with you example itineraries based on the requirements and options available. Or if you are already doing amazing trips, work with your existing itinerary.
Agree Pricing Model, Dates, Marketing Plan
We work out the pricing model for each trip to suit your requirements, put in place the first dates to work towards and agree how to jointly go out to market.
Set Up Phase
We get you set up with the technology, team trained in how to use the systems, what to expect and when, work with together to prepare itinerary items.
Launch
Time to fill the trips! Get our partner network working for you, inform your own followers and networks. Vamos 💪 We can even manage enquiries and sales while you get on with running your academy.
First Trips
Where needed we can offer on-site support for the first trips to make sure your people on the ground know everything there is to know. Once complete we will review everything and get ready for the next groups.
