Instagram Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Win a place at the Lasse Padel, The Sangill and Pitu Losada event in Alicante.

1. The promoter

The promoter is Padel Roaming Ltfd, trading as Padel Roaming, of 45 Lorraine Court, London NW1 8SG (“Padel Roaming”).

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to residents of the UK and EU aged 18 or over, except:

• employees, contractors and representatives of Padel Roaming;
• Lasse Padel, The Sangill, Pitu Losada and members of their respective teams;
• anyone professionally connected with the organisation or promotion of the prize draw; and
• immediate family members of any of the above.

Entrants must be available and legally able to travel to Alicante, Spain, for the event taking place from 28 to 31 October 2026.

The winner must meet any reasonable playing-level, health and participation requirements applicable to the event.

3. How to enter

The prize draw opens at the time of the initial Instagram post and closes at exactly one week later.

To enter, participants must complete all of the following before the closing time:

1. Follow @padelroaming on Instagram.
2. Like the official giveaway Reel.
3. Comment on the Reel and tag at least two other Instagram accounts.

No purchase or payment is required to enter.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Additional comments or tags will not create additional entries.

Entries submitted after the closing time, incomplete entries, automated entries, entries from duplicate or false accounts, and entries that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

If you have booked onto the event and are the winner, you will be refunded the appropriate amount.

4. The prize

One winner will receive one standard participant place at the Lasse Padel, The Sangill and Pitu Losada event in Alicante from 28 to 31 October 2026.

The prize will include the same standard shared-room package described on this landing page, including:

• three nights’ shared accommodation at Hotel Alicante Golf;
• breakfast;
• the scheduled clinics and coaching sessions;
• organised matches and tournament participation;
• the confirmed event activities and inclusions described on this page.

The prize does not include:

• a single-room upgrade;
• flights or other travel to and from Alicante;
• travel insurance;
• passport, visa or other travel-document costs;
• meals, drinks or activities not expressly included in the standard event package;
• personal expenses; or
• any other cost incurred in accepting or using the prize.

The winner may request a single room, subject to availability, but must personally pay the applicable single-room supplement.

The prize is for the named winner only, is not transferable or refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

5. Minimum group size and alternative prize

The Alicante event requires a minimum confirmed group size of 10 paying participants.

If the minimum group size is not reached, or if the event cannot proceed for reasons outside Padel Roaming’s reasonable control, the winner will instead be offered one standard shared-room player place on a future Padel Roaming padel camp.

The alternative camp will:

• be selected in consultation with the winner;
• be subject to availability and the winner meeting any applicable eligibility requirements;
• take place within 12 months of the original event date; and
• provide a standard package of a value reasonably equivalent to the original prize.

Flights, insurance, single-room supplements and personal expenses will also be excluded from the alternative prize.

If the winner declines the alternative camp offered in accordance with these terms, no cash payment, refund or further substitute prize will be due.

6. Winner selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing time.

The random selection will take place within 3 days of the closing date using a verifiably random computer process. Padel Roaming will retain evidence of the selection process.

Following the draw, Padel Roaming will verify that the provisional winner has complied with all entry requirements, including following the Padel Roaming Instagram account.

7. Contacting the winner

The provisional winner will be contacted by direct message from the official @padelroaming Instagram account within 1 day of the draw.

Padel Roaming will never request payment, bank-card details or a fee in order to claim the prize.

The provisional winner must respond and provide the information reasonably required to confirm their eligibility within 72 hours of the initial message.

If the provisional winner:

• does not respond within 72 hours;
• cannot provide evidence of eligibility;
• did not complete the required entry steps;
• is unable to attend the event; or
• otherwise breaches these terms,

Padel Roaming may withdraw the prize and select a reserve winner at random.

8. Travel responsibilities

The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel to and from Alicante.

The winner is also responsible for ensuring that they:

• hold a valid passport and any required visa or travel authorisation;
• have suitable travel insurance covering the activities included in the event;
• comply with all applicable entry, health and travel requirements; and
• arrive in sufficient time to participate in the event.

Padel Roaming is not responsible for missed or cancelled flights, denied boarding, insufficient travel documentation or other travel disruption outside its reasonable control.

9. Changes and cancellation

Padel Roaming reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the timetable, accommodation, venue, coaching personnel or activities where necessary because of circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Any replacement arrangements will be of a reasonably equivalent standard wherever possible.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights the winner may have under applicable consumer law.

10. Publicity and personal information

Padel Roaming will use entrants’ personal information only to administer the prize draw, verify entries, contact the winner and provide the prize, unless the entrant has separately agreed to receive marketing communications.

The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the prize draw. Any use of the winner’s image, name or content will be discussed with them in advance and will be subject to any consent required by law.

Padel Roaming may publish or make available limited information showing that a valid award took place, such as the winner’s surname and county or country, where required by the applicable promotional rules. The winner may object to or request that this information be limited by contacting hello@padelroaming.com, although Padel Roaming may still need to provide the information to a regulator.

11. Instagram

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility arising in connection with the promotion, to the extent permitted by law.

Entrants must comply with Instagram’s applicable terms and community rules. Tagging accounts belonging to people who are not known to the entrant, creating false accounts or engaging in spam may result in disqualification.

12. Fair administration

Padel Roaming reserves the right to disqualify entries where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, abuse, manipulation, impersonation or a breach of these terms.

Padel Roaming’s decisions concerning eligibility and administration of the prize draw will be final, subject to applicable law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Entrants may bring legal proceedings in the courts applicable to their place of residence where mandatory consumer law permits them to do so.
